Terms of Use

Download and/or use of anything from this site constitutes your agreement with our terms, whether or not you actually read them.

Thanks for taking the time to check them out. When you purchase a collection from Wrapperville, you are purchasing the right to use the graphic templates.

By purchasing a downloadable printable/template or downloading free samples, you are granted a nonexclusive, non-transferable "license to use" our graphic template designs. The ownership of the graphic template designs does not transfer to you. We retain the copyright for all our collections.

You may use our template designs to create computer printed products for personal or business use.

You MAY remove the wrapperville info from the Glue Space areas on a design to replace with your business info.
However...If there is Graphics Credit included on the design. We are required to place it there, and the GRAPHICS CREDITS SHOULD remain on the wrapper since that is required from the graphics designers.

You may not (re)sell, give away, or redistribute the designs. Please do not offer any of the images on-line for others to print/download/save for any reason.

Redistribution on CD or other mass media is also prohibited.
If you would like to use our templates on a web site to show a customer what you are offering, you must put the word "SAMPLE" across our design.

Because Wrapperville products are downloadable, they cannot be returned.
If you have any problems with our products, we will happily work with you to resolve any issues.

By purchasing Wrapperville products, you agree that you understand that your delivery will be accomplished through online downloads. Under no circumstances will you be shipped a hard copy.

*** SOME of the graphics in the Graphics section may be used in commercial graphics such as templates as long as they are merged.

** Designs can not be used on Cafepress and such due to the license agreements of the individual graphic artists.
Virtually all of the graphic artists now restrict THEIR terms for use of their art, even within a design, and can not be used on Cafepress and such. **
